E-Cell Members save water
Wastage of water in the form of pipeline breakage /leakage is a common problem in India to which no one pays any heed. A similar scenario was seen on 25th January 2010, in Jaipur at JDA market, when the water was flowing freely on road and the people especially the shop owners being aware, didn’t make any efforts to save water. But one of our E-cell members, Heena Garg took the immediate initiative and called the Plumber for the repair work. That member interacted with the people there and spread the awareness about water conservation and then even convinced the shop owners for the payment. The payment was given to plumber by contribution from all the shopkeepers.

Business tea gives better taste than Job coffee
Here I want to start with general trend of our country read-read-read. till 20-24th of age students only read whatever is given in their curriculum even they are not allow to look other side instead of their text books. After having so much theory knowledge their parents expect from them to be a productive and sustainable businessman in market but how it can be possible? How a student (who grows with books) suddenly can be changed in highly productive businessman?
Theory is important part I agree but that is not sufficient, there is need to apply that theory and conceptual knowledge in real life to get real learning. They have to be familiar that market in which they have to work in the whole life ultimately. The main problem of people of our country having poor thinking in this matter even they are not serious.
Current scenario is changing now, I am very happy to know that people are willing to make their children to have their own business instead of seeking jobs.
Concept of entrepreneurship should be involved in their curriculum to make students able to find out future opportunities of their academic curriculum. This concept of entrepreneurship will help to overcome unemployment problem of our country. So by the next time try to a have tea, not coffee if you can.

10 Reasons Why Startups Fail
- They run out of money. They are too optimistic about when their product is going to be accepted by the market.
- Founders dont have complete faith in each other. They fight instead if delegating, trusting and verifying.
- CEO hires weak team members. Strong CEOs sometimes try to carry everyone with them.
- THey want to do too much. A successful startup finds a narrow niche that they can dominate and then expands
- They go after too small a market.
- They don't charge enough from their customers to survive. THey often think their mentors/investors are their customers , and think that a nice sale is all they need.
- THey hire too many people upfront.
- They get unlucky. Competitiors , new technologies et al
- They dont work hard enough or fast enough or smart enough. All those little decisions add up to an outcome.
- They don't take enough risks. Some startups think they should operate like big firms. They can never beat MS or Google at their own game. They should get creative and do things differently , even at the risk of embarrassment.
