Garbage outside hospital

Members of E-Cell TOPAZ of SKIT college conducted a survey on HEALTH AND HYGEINE of the city.The ironical situation was the garbage outside the SWAI MANSINGH HOSPITAL of city.If such is the condition outside the hospital then what could be expected from rest of the city. Health and hygiene of patient are the prime responsibilities of any hospital. The biggest question that arises from such a condition is : ARE HOSPITALS MEANT FOR CREATING PATIENTS or treating them????Do they pay for their HEALTH AND TREATMENT OR THE GARBAGE that in turn make their condition worse.
Hospital authorities and Municipal Cooperation should take immediate steps for proper disposal of hospital waste including used syringes,bottles,medicines etc and help in maintaining HEALTHY AND HAPPY CITY
